- The FSB has published footage of the interrogation of detainees for attempted sabotage at the defense industry enterprise.

The Federal Security Service (FSB) has released footage of the interrogation of two men who were preparing a sabotage operation at a military-industrial complex (MIC) facility in Moscow. The video was distributed by the agency on June 9.
It is specified that the detained citizens of the Russian Federation were recruited to carry out bombings at the defense industry facility. The first person involved in the sabotage case reported that he had been recruited to monitor the enterprise and prepare for the explosion. On behalf of the curators, he took improvised explosive devices (IEDs) from the car, with which he was detained at the checkpoint.
The second person involved said that he had contacted a representative of a banned terrorist organization on his own. After that, he was offered a job at factories, where he was supposed to conduct reconnaissance and sabotage. He was also stopped with an IED.
The detainees in the case of sabotage, as FSB officers found out, acted independently and were not familiar with each other. Through the Telegram messenger, they contacted representatives of the organization from Ukraine, which was recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia.
On June 4, the FSB Public Relations Center reported that two women had been detained in the Republic of Crimea, who were passing information about military installations in the region to the Ukrainian special services. A criminal case was opened against the suspects under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High treason in the form of espionage").
