"The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Granin cultural and leisure center in the Rylsky district. According to preliminary information, a 64-year—old man was killed in the attack on the village of Prigorodnyaya Slobodka," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Khinstein added that three men were among the injured, including the chief engineer and two guards at the center. They received shrapnel wounds, bruises and fractures. Two women were concussed. They are currently receiving medical care at the hospital.

In addition, according to the acting governor, the roof of the Granin Center caught fire as a result of the impact. The fire area was about 400 square meters, the fire is being extinguished.
