Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday, June 9, commented on reports of a call by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to strengthen the alliance by 400%.

"You see that NATO is now demonstrating its essence of confrontation and aggression...> If the European government wants to do this, then they will do it," Peskov stressed.
