The towers of the Tula Kremlin will be opened to tourists on June 11.

Tours of the Ivanovsky Gate Towers, the Nikitskaya Tower and the battle passage will begin in the Tula Kremlin on June 11. They will be available to the public until October 1. Guided tours run from Wednesday to Sunday and start at 4 p.m.

As TSN24 reports with reference to the press service of the Tula Museum Association, the exposition in the Ivanovsky Gate tower is dedicated to the military history of the Kremlin of the XVI – XVII centuries. It includes a mock-up of the tower, a restored gersu grating and reconstructed armament.

During the battle, tourists will be able to get to the Nikitskaya Tower, learn about the Great Zasechnaya Line, and they will be told about the Kremlin's role in its creation. The Nikitskaya Tower features reconstructed firearms, military ammunition and a 17th-century torture chamber.

Guided tours of the battle course will take place every day from 12:00. On Mondays and Tuesdays from 16:00 — on the battle course. Every day until October 1, at 14:00, a sightseeing tour of the Kremlin will begin with a visit to the siege yards and the Archaeological Window pavilion.

Earlier it was reported about the beginning of the tourist cashback in the Tula region. It will be introduced as part of the new Tourist Card project. The companies participating in this project will make partial refunds to the residents of the city and tourists. To do this, they use the Mir payment system. The "tourist card" should ensure the promotion of the product at the federal level.
