Three bridges will be repaired before winter in the Tyumen region

A large-scale renovation of the transport infrastructure is underway in the Tyumen Region, including the development of pedestrian crossings and the reconstruction of automobile bridges.

The reconstruction of three bridges will be completed by the end of autumn. The plans were announced by the regional Department of Road Infrastructure.

In the area of the village of Kotochigi, Vikulovsky district, a reinforced concrete ferry will be built instead of a wooden bridge over the Barsuk River. The bridge supports have already been completed at this location and the girders of the superstructure have been installed. According to the contract, the work should be completed on November 30.

The same modernization awaits the bridge over the Tenis River near the village of Skripkino, Vikulovsky district, on the 67th km of the Vikulovo-Ermaki–Zhiguli road. The completion date is September 1.

In the Omutinsky district, near the village of Dmitrievka, on the 27th km of the Omutinskoye -Armizonskoye highway, a bridge over the Solonovka River is being reconstructed. The supports are installed, the beams are mounted, and traffic is organized along a temporary bypass road. The bridge will be commissioned by October 31.

<url> news agency reminds that in Tyumen they plan to build a new pedestrian bridge between Trade Union and Chelyuskintsev streets. The design will be completed by the end of this year, after which experts will determine the start date of work.

Earlier it was reported that in 2024, more than 250 km of regional and municipal roads were repaired in the Tyumen region. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality roads". Two bridges over the Tura and Vagai Rivers and two overpasses on the Tyumen bypass road were also repaired.
