In the ranking of Russian regions in terms of gasoline availability at the beginning of 2025, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and Moscow are in the lead, while Ingushetia and Chechnya close it. This was reported on June 9 by RIA Novosti with reference to its research. Experts have calculated the amount of AI-92 that residents of the regions can purchase on their average monthly salaries.

For example, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, an average salary can buy almost 2,653 liters of gasoline, in Moscow — 2,506 liters, and in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug — 2,425 liters. For comparison, the average level in Russia is 1,385 liters.

In nine other regions, residents can buy more than 1.5 thousand liters of gasoline per month. These are the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra, Magadan Region, Sakhalin Region, St. Petersburg, Murmansk Region, Kamchatka Territory, Moscow Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In other 40 regions of the Russian Federation, drivers can purchase from 1 thousand to 1.5 thousand liters of AI-92 gasoline for the average salary in the region. Compared to December 2024, the number of such regions has increased, experts noted.

Completing the ranking are the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Republic of Dagestan, the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Ingushetia. Residents can buy no more than 750 liters of gasoline per month there. Experts cite low salaries as the main reason for the low availability of gasoline in the regions from the lower part of the rating.

The minimum cost of AI-92 gasoline in April 2025 was fixed in the Chelyabinsk region (52.75 rubles/liter). The maximum price is in Yakutia (72.07 rubles/liter). The average price in the country is 56.48 rubles/liter.

On June 6, it was reported that the Republic of Ingushetia took the first place in the rating in terms of the frequency of insurance claims for CTP over the past year. The Republic of Dagestan is in second place, and Primorsky Krai closes the top three. At the same time, the average frequency of insurance claims for CTP in Russia is 4.5%.
