The case of the terrorist attack was initiated upon the wounding of a resident of the Kursk region due to a UAV attack.

Investigators have established the circumstances of the injury of a civilian as a result of a crime committed by Ukrainian militants in the village of Kekino, Kursk region. This was announced on June 9 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.

It is specified that on May 19 of this year, Ukrainian servicemen attacked a private household in the village of Kekino in the Kursk region with a drone, as a result of which a man who was repairing a car in the yard was injured. The explosion damaged two cars and a tractor, and the victim suffered back and ear injuries.

"The investigators conducted an inspection of the scene, appointed the necessary forensic examinations in order to assess the damage caused. The actions of the Ukrainian military are qualified under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," Petrenko said.
