Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order according to which over 2.8 billion rubles will be allocated to finance the federal project "New Rhythm of Construction" in the period from 2025 to 2027. This was announced on June 9 by the press service of the Government of the Russian Federation.

"In total, in 2025-2027, it is planned to allocate more than 2.8 billion rubles for the implementation of the activities of the federal project," the government's Telegram channel says.

It is reported that the project will continue to reduce the investment and construction cycle and optimize a number of construction procedures, including simplifying the receipt of documents, speeding up the delivery of facilities and improving the efficiency of capital investments.

The government noted that the "New Rhythm of Construction" is the successor to the "socio-economic development initiative of the same name," and its goal is to achieve the national goal of "A comfortable and safe living environment."

On May 5, Pavel Kokarev, a leading process engineer at the Porevit Federal plant, told Izvestia that prices for popular materials for building houses in Russia had dropped to 25-30%. According to him, the cost of aerated concrete, which is popular in individual housing construction, is 30% lower this year, silicate blocks are 22% lower, and expanded clay blocks are 29% lower.
