An investigation is underway in Chita into the death of an 11-year-old child. The boy drowned in a technical canal near Kenon Lake.
ChitaMedia news agency writes that the tragedy occurred on June 8. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the technical channel comes from CHP-1. An 11-year-old child died while swimming.
The first fatal case this season was registered near the village of Byrka. A 38-year-old man drowned in the Turga River.
The body of a seven-year-old boy was found in the Pushkin City district of the Moscow Region over the weekend. He drowned while swimming in the Ucha River.
