For the first time after a public conflict with US President Donald Trump, American entrepreneur Elon Musk supported his call for California Governor Gavin Newscam to apologize to residents.

Musk on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter) posted two screenshots of Trump's posts, commenting on them with two American flags.

In one of the publications, the US president called on California Governor Gavin Newscam to apologize to the people of Los Angeles for his failures, and in the second, the American leader announced his instructions to law enforcement agencies to restore law and order in the city.

Mass protests in California began after a police raid to identify illegal migrants, during which 45 people were detained. On June 7, Trump ordered the National Guard to be sent to the state to stop the riots, which drew condemnation from the governors of 22 states, who regarded this as an "abuse of power."
