Parents of graduates of several schools in the Moscow region complained that they had been deceived by photographer Sergei Zelenov. Izvestia has correspondence at its disposal on June 8, from which it follows that the photographer received money for several high school students, but did not issue graduation albums to them.

The victims who shared the data are the mothers of schoolchildren Elena Frolova and Elena Gagarina. It follows from the screenshots of the receipts that money was transferred to the accounts indicated to the photographer — the amounts of 20,900 rubles and 30 thousand rubles, but the pictures were never received. On average, according to media reports, Zelenov asked 2,500 rubles per student for a photo shoot. Some parents note that they are waiting for his work after filming in February.

Izvestia called Zelensky, who said that there was a technical delay in the work of his team. After shooting in May, he has not yet given orders for grades 4-5 with graduation albums, and for grades 4-5 with ordinary photographs of schoolchildren.

"At graduation, I only communicate with representatives of the parent committee, I announced all the dates to them, they said they were waiting for this date. I told my parents the date was June 28th. Well, some people will receive the photos earlier, some later. We shot these objects in such a chaotic manner in May. There were holidays for 15 days, the end of the season, the load was high, so we didn't pull out the volume and hung up a bit," said the photographer.

According to him, people shouldn't have started sounding the alarm, as everyone thinks differently. And some decided that they had been deceived. In this regard, such a scandal has spread in social networks.

"I have already written to some people that if you do not receive the photos before the specified date, I will refund the money. Both photographers and designers were paid. Parents have already seen the products electronically. In general, work is being done to finish it," Zelenov added.

According to him, in the 10 years that he has been working in the genre of school photography, he has not received a single bad review in the comments on his social media pages.

On May 20, the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's office reported that fraudsters began creating websites and groups on social networks in order to sell answers to the Unified State Exam and the OGE, assuring that they would provide "guaranteed" exam help. On the websites, users are invited to purchase ready-made solutions to tasks, by clicking on the link, a person will receive a "response file" in which the program steals money and personal data of citizens.
