Tank regiment commander Daraev is presented to the title of Hero of Russia


Tank regiment commander Yevgeny Daraev, who is participating in the offensive in the Dnipropetrovsk region, has been awarded the title of Hero of Russia. This was announced on Sunday, June 8, by the commander of the tank division, Major General Alexander Nilov, on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
According to Nilov, Daraev showed himself to be unconventional and liberated the most populated areas among the divisions of the division. His regiment has reached the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region and continues active operations in the area.
"He was provoking the enemy there. They can't do anything to us there, they can't find us there, but we are there. Thanks to his actions," the general said.
Nilov stressed that for his courage and efficiency, the regiment commander was presented with the highest state award.
