In the Altai Territory, an accident involving four cars occurred on the Chuisky Tract highway, as a result of which there were four injured. This was reported on June 8 to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.
The accident was recorded in Pervomaisky district around 16:30. It was previously established that the driver of the Hyundai Grand Starex van could not maintain a safe distance, crashing into a stopped Toyota Land Cruiser at a traffic light. She collided with a Mitsubishi Pajero SUV from the impact, and he collided with a Land Cruiser 200 in front.
"On the 212th km of the R-256 Chuisky Tract highway, four vehicles collided. <...> As a result of a traffic accident, four people sought medical help," the department said.
Among the injured are the driver of a Land Cruiser born in 1970 and his passenger, a woman born in 1973. The driver and passenger of the Mitsubishi car also needed help.
On June 7, two people, a man and a child, were killed in an accident with a moose in the Krasnokamsky district of Bashkortostan. The accident occurred on the 11th km of the Neftekamsk–Yanaul highway. It was previously established that the driver ran over the animal, as a result of which his Skoda Octavia car drove into a ditch, where it crashed into a tree.
