A building on the territory of a recreation center caught fire in Makhachkala


In Makhachkala, a non-functioning two-storey building caught fire on the territory of a recreation center. This was announced on June 8 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in Dagestan.
"Previously, the fire area is 800 square meters," the department's Telegram channel says.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire occurred on the roof of the building. Currently, the fire is being extinguished by 20 specialists and four pieces of equipment.
Later, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that firefighters were able to contain the fire. It is noted that there are no injured or dead as a result of the incident.
The day before, it was reported that a warehouse with polymer products caught fire on an area of 2 thousand square meters in the city of Azov near Rostov-on-Don. It was noted that 37 firefighters and 13 pieces of equipment were engaged in extinguishing the fire. The fire was later extinguished.
