In the Orel region, three houses and a section of a gas pipeline were damaged as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 8 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

He added that nine Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the region during the day.

"In the Sverdlovsk region, three residential buildings, as well as a section of a gas pipeline, received minor damage as a result of falling fragments," Klychkov wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, the gas supply has now been restored. In addition, the elimination of the consequences of the enemy attack continues.

Earlier in the day, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that the Russian air defense forces had shot down a Ukrainian drone that was flying towards the capital. According to him, emergency services specialists were working at the crash site of the enemy drone.
