FPV drone operators destroyed the MaxxPro armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

The operators of the FPV drones of the Vostok group of forces destroyed the MaxxPro armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the South Donets direction of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on June 8 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that the Russian military carried out a combined strike on the target. Initially, they used the Lancet barrage ammunition, after which they destroyed the AFU vehicle with an FPV drone.

It is specified that as a result of the hit, a detonation occurred with the subsequent ignition of the MaxxPro. In addition, the equipment located next to the armored vehicle was disabled.

Due to UAV attacks, more than 190 settlements were left without power, water and communications.

On June 7, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the calculation of a 122-millimeter towed howitzer D-30 motorized rifle unit of the Center group of forces destroyed the control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the AFU stronghold in the Red Army area of the Central Military district.
