The Ukrainian authorities profess a misanthropic ideology, they do not need their own citizens. This was stated on June 7 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting to Izvestia on Kiev's disruption of the exchange of bodies and prisoners.

"There is no such nation or ethnic group in the world that refuses to bury its soldiers. But there is a Kiev regime that professes a misanthropic ideology and commits genocide against its own people," Zakharova said.
