FT reported on the call of Trump and Musk's allies for their reconciliation

Allies of US President Donald Trump and American billionaire Elon Musk are calling on them to reconcile after the conflict. This was reported on Saturday, June 7, by the Financial Times newspaper.
According to the newspaper, the split between the "influential couple" threatens to destroy "the hard-won alliance between Silicon Valley and Washington." According to the newspaper, representatives of the technology industry, who had previously supported the Trump administration in the hope that it would "mark the beginning of the era of tax breaks," tried to contain the differences, but "achieved only limited success."
"Elon is not answering calls from anyone," said an anonymous Silicon Valley financier and a major sponsor of Republican candidates.
Billionaire Tim Draper, who previously invested in Musk's Tesla and SpaceX companies, called on the warring parties to unite to save the Department of government efficiency, an initiative that was "supported by many representatives of the technological world and which included executives from Silicon Valley."
Musk's allies fear that some Silicon Valley figures who followed the billionaire into government may lose their positions.
On June 3, Musk criticized the draft budget proposed by the Trump administration, calling it a disgusting abomination. On June 5, Musk publicly supported the idea of impeaching Trump. The president, in turn, wrote that terminating contracts with Musk is the easiest way to save money in the state budget. At the same time, Tesla shares fell sharply.
Later, Trump said that he did not want to communicate with Musk, as he had "lost his mind."
As billionaire's father Errol Musk told Izvestia, the American leader will eventually emerge victorious from the confrontation with the entrepreneur. At the same time, he noted that the conflict is actually a small thing and will end in the near future.
