On June 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on fines of up to 500,000 rubles for selling non-alcoholic tonic drinks, including energy drinks, to children. The relevant document was posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
It is reported that according to the law adopted by the State Duma and approved by the Federation Council, the fine amount for citizens will be 30-50 thousand rubles, for officials — 100-200 thousand rubles.
