Unidentified men stabbed to death a Ukrainian woman and her six-year-old daughter in Belgium

The bodies of a Ukrainian woman and her six-year-old daughter, who were stabbed to death in their home, were found in the Belgian city of Haasrode. This was announced on June 6 by the VRT TV channel.

"A 46-year-old mother and her six-year-old daughter from a Ukrainian family were found dead in their home. Both victims had stab wounds. The fire in the house was deliberately set," the article says.

According to the newspaper, this Ukrainian family lived in the country for three years. The woman has a 16-year-old son, who was at school at the time of the incident. The woman's husband participates in combat operations on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and is at the front.

The local prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the double murder.
