The competition "Young virtuosos of Tatarstan" was held in Kazan

Kazan hosted the Tatarstan Young Virtuosos Competition, which was attended by about 500 contestants. The footage of the event is published by Izvestia.
The young participants have been preparing for master classes for several months. One of the mentors was opera singer and world star Aida Garifullina, who once also participated in similar competitions.
"I know that everyone is worried. But I see the burning eyes of the children, and it is very dear to me. I am a mother myself, and I know how important support is to children, especially talented and gifted children, how vulnerable they are, how receptive they are," Garifullina said.
In this music competition, everyone can prove themselves — both vocalists and instrumentalists. Participants can share their experiences and make new acquaintances.
Lyaila Garifullina, director of the Sofia Gubaidulina Center for Contemporary Music, noted that the jury faced difficulties in evaluating the performances of the contestants, since each of the participants is very talented.
The competition is being held for the second time and has already become so successful that the main concert venue of Tatarstan was chosen for the gala concert. In addition, next year the organizers want to expand the competition so that talented musicians from all over the country can participate in it.
On April 30, it was reported that the Intervision International Music Competition would be held on September 20 at the Live Arena in Moscow. The competition is a platform for cultural exchange and demonstration of mutual respect for the traditions of the participating countries. In addition, it will feature high-tech set designs and innovative visual effects.
