The coach of the CSKA Moscow football club, Marko Nikolic, will soon leave his post and move to the Greek AEK. This was reported by the gazzetta newspaper on June 7.gr with reference to sources.

It is clarified that Nikolic has already reached an agreement with the Greek club on the terms of the contract and its financial component, but AEK has not yet paid the compensation amount to CSKA. The Serbian coach is under contract with the Moscow club until 2026.

On June 1, CSKA Moscow defeated Rostov in the superfinal of the Russian Football Cup, becoming a nine-time trophy winner. The main time ended with a score of 0:0, however, in the penalty shootout CSKA beat the opponent with a score of 4:3.
