Ryabkov called Europe the main obstacle in resolving the conflict in Ukraine
The countries of the European Union (EC) are becoming the main problem on the way to a settlement in Ukraine. This was announced on June 7 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
"A number of leading European states are steadily becoming, in fact, the main obstacle on the path to peace," TASS quoted him as saying.
According to the deputy minister, the EU and NATO are developing a variety of sabotage and provocations, as well as continuing large-scale arms supplies to Kiev, pushing for the continuation of hostilities and disrupting communication between the two countries.
Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) On June 5, Maxim Buyakevich declared the West's indifference to the fate of Ukraine. He noted that the current conflict is a proxy war of NATO against Russia using Kiev as a resource.
