More than 400 robots have returned historic buildings in Shanghai that were temporarily displaced due to underground construction work. This was reported by the China Times.
According to the newspaper, the largest building complex is called "Zhang Gardens" and has more than 140 years of history. In total, the entire complex weighs approximately 7.5 thousand tons and covers an area of more than 4 thousand square meters. m.
"It [the complex] was moved by a total of 432 small tracked transport robots moving at a speed of 10 m per day," the publication noted.
During the work carried out, the historical buildings themselves were strengthened and restored, and more than 100 parking spaces were created.
Kyodo News agency reported on March 19 that Dobot has started accepting orders for a humanoid robot equipped with artificial intelligence (AI). It was noted that he can walk on his own, cook food and carry boxes.
