In the Republic of South Africa (South Africa), a trampoline with children was thrown 12 m high due to strong winds, and two children fell out, suffering serious injuries. This was reported by the Daily Mail on June 6.

As reported in the article, on a school holiday on May 31 in the South African city of Krugersdorp, a tragedy almost occurred: two children fell out of an inflatable trampoline, which was suddenly picked up by the wind and lifted into the air. The incident occurred on the territory of the Laerskool Protearif elementary school during a massive charity event that gathered more than 1,000 people.

According to eyewitnesses, the trampoline was not fixed, and a gust of wind literally tore it off the ground. One of the children trapped inside the structure could not hold on and fell from a height of about 12 m. A few seconds later, the second child also flew down.

"When they fell, I thought they were dead," said an eyewitness.

The parents, who were watching what was happening, tried to soften the fall by forming a "living pillow", but the children still suffered severe injuries — one was diagnosed with a fractured skull, the other with a fractured arm. Both were urgently hospitalized.

On March 22, Fox 35 Orlando TV channel announced the evacuation of one of the Disney World pavilions in the United States due to a fire. It is specified that the fire occurred in the technical area behind the scenes of the French pavilion.
