The "People's Communist Movement" organized terrorist attacks on behalf of Ukraine
The left-wing radical community "People's Communist Movement" has been recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia and added to the corresponding list on the website of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
The organization was founded in 2023 by radicalized Moscow youth. Its participants followed the instructions of a supervisor from the special services of Ukraine, receiving instructions and tasks directly from the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR).
Members of the community planned terrorist attacks. In particular, in 2023, they intended to set fire to the buildings of the administration of the city of Azov in the Rostov region, but were detained by law enforcement officers.
The Ukrainian curators also tried to use the radicals to conduct intelligence actions. They were interested in manufacturing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), humanitarian aid points for special operations, and critical infrastructure facilities.
On March 28, employees of the Russian FSB directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol stopped the illegal activities of regional supporters of a terrorist neo-Nazi organization in the region. Law enforcement officers detained an 18-year-old resident of Crimea, involved in the attack and infliction of bodily harm to citizens. He is also suspected of damaging property, arson and applying extremist symbols.
