Chairman of the PSB Petr Fradkov and Governor of the Yaroslavl region Mikhail Evraev discussed cooperation between the bank and the regional government in the framework of the planned relocation of the PSB to Yaroslavl.

According to the bank's press service, during the meeting, the issue of choosing a future concept for the integrated development of the territory and the construction of office and social infrastructure (kindergartens, schools, medical institutions) for the PSB in Yaroslavl was raised. This is necessary due to a change in the address of the bank's legal and tax registration, as well as the planned relocation of more than 5,000 employees and their family members.

In addition, during the year, PSB plans to increase the number of offices in the Yaroslavl region by 13. As a result, there will be more than 20 branches in the region. New offices will appear in Rostov Veliky, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Gavrilov-Yam, Uglich and other localities.

Other topics for discussion were issues of cooperation in such areas as tourism, education, the urban environment and the construction of new sports facilities. During the meeting, a quadrilateral cooperation agreement was signed for a period of 10 years between the PSB, the government of the Yaroslavl Region, the All-Russian Athletics Federation (VFLA) and the Yaroslavl City Hall on the implementation of a running center construction project. It will be the first center in the country that the VFLA will build not only for professionals, but also for running enthusiasts.

"Yaroslavl is not just a new location for PSB Bank, but also a symbol of transformation, development, movement, and the embodiment of new ideas. The agreement signed today will launch a new PSB project in the Yaroslavl Region — a running center equipped with modern equipment and meeting the highest comfort and safety requirements," Fradkov said. He added that such facilities will be built in other regions.

According to Evraev, more than 9.5 thousand people are engaged in athletics in the Yaroslavl region, almost 1.3 thousand are studying in sports schools in this area.
