Major repairs of the Lvovskaya railway station have begun in Podolsk

Major repairs of the Lvovskaya railway station of the Kursk direction have started in Podolsk, Moscow region. This was announced on Friday, June 6, according to the press service of the district administration.
At the moment, builders are carrying out a bulkhead of slabs and foundation blocks, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. The work takes place at night so as not to disturb passengers.
The CPPC plans to repair both platforms of the bus stop by the end of 2025. Instead of asphalt pavement, more than 2.1 thousand square meters of paving stones will be laid on the island platform, and almost 1.2 thousand square meters more on the coastal platform.
LED lights and visual navigation elements for boarding and exiting will also be installed, urns and benches will be updated.
Earlier in June, it was reported that in Podolsk, the readiness of a new extension to school No. 29 named after Peter Zabrodin reached 70%. The contractor is currently engaged in the installation of external and internal utilities.
