Dongfeng unveils new Huge crossover in Russia

Dongfeng has announced the imminent launch of a new Huge model on the Russian market. This is the flagship crossover of the D-segment, according to the brand's press service, which was received by Izvestia on June 6. Prices have not been specified yet.

The Dongfeng Huge crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 197 hp (305 Nm). Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 8.2 seconds. The engine is paired with a Getrag 7-speed robotic gearbox with a dual wet clutch, front-wheel drive. The length of the crossover is 4720 mm with a wheelbase of 2825 mm, the ground clearance is 210 mm, and the trunk volume is 770 liters.

The list of equipment includes front seats with six adjustments and a "zero gravity" effect with nappa leather trim, the steering column is adjustable in height and height, and the front passenger has an ottoman. Climate control is controlled using physical buttons.

There are six speakers of the audio system, a panoramic roof with an electric lock, an all-round viewing system, adaptive cruise control with a traffic assistant and other driving assistants. The crossover is equipped with heated front seats, steering wheel and windshield washer nozzles, as well as a remote engine start function with a key. The multimedia system supports Russification. The body elements of the crossover have undergone anti-corrosion treatment and additional cataphoresis galvanizing.
