The Central Bank lowered the key rate to 20%


The Central Bank of Russia lowered its key interest rate to 20% on Friday, June 6, after a long period of tight monetary policy.
"On June 6, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia decided to reduce the key rate by 100 bps to 20.00% per annum," the regulator's website says.
