A comprehensive territorial development program is being implemented in Khabarovsk. Since the beginning of 2025, the administration has concluded three agreements on the integrated development of territories with the condition of resettling the emergency housing stock.

IA AmurMedia clarifies that at the moment, as part of the integrated development of the territories, three apartment buildings have been completely resettled and demolished, and 13 houses have been partially resettled.

On July 2, an auction is scheduled for the right to conclude an agreement on the integrated development of an undeveloped territory within the boundaries of Sovkhoznaya and Vyazemskaya streets in the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city. The area of the territory is 5.7 hectares. The initial contract price is 45.7 million rubles. Individual residential buildings will be built on this site.

Auction documentation is also being prepared for bidding for the right to conclude a contract on the development of the territory on the site where the emergency houses on Gogol and Pavlovich streets are now located.

At the end of May, it was reported that the regions of the Far East continue to increase the volume of housing construction, despite the general decline in the market. In five years, the figures have more than tripled, and in 2024, a record 4.7 million square meters were commissioned in the district. The main drivers of demand are Far Eastern mortgages and projects with developed infrastructure.
