Sobyanin announced the creation of a modern quarter near Fonvizinskaya metro station

In the Butyrsky district, the territory near the Fonvizinskaya metro station will be reorganized — a modern residential quarter will appear there, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Residential buildings will be built on the site of outdated facilities and a multifunctional complex with a hotel and a sports center will be built. Landscaping and organization of the road network are also planned.

The Territory is being reorganized according to the integrated territorial development program. Over 1.1 thousand jobs will be created here.

Currently, 117 CDT projects with a total area of about 1.4 thousand hectares have been approved and are under implementation in Moscow.
