Calculations of FPV drones hit an observation post and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy region

The operators of the FPV drones of the Ussuri Separate Guards airborne assault unit destroyed two cars, a pickup truck, a machine-gun emplacement and an observation post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Sumy region. This was announced on June 6 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were able to detect an observation post and a machine-gun emplacement of Ukrainian militants with personnel who were sheltered in dugouts. The targets were hit with the help of FPV drones.

In addition, Russian servicemen destroyed one vehicle and a pickup truck of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were transporting ammunition, materiel, food and personnel who were rotating. The operators also eliminated a lightly armored vehicle of the Ukrainian militants with two precise hits from the UAV.

FPV drone operators destroy enemy targets on a daily basis, disrupting the logistics and supply of the Armed Forces fighters, as well as disrupting rotations, thereby assisting the advanced units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

On June 5, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that operators of FPV drones of the South group of forces disrupted the rotation of units in the area of the village of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). According to the department, the equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed using night UAVs.
