- The United States has imposed sanctions against four judges of the International Criminal Court.

The United States has imposed sanctions against four judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The corresponding statement was published on June 5 on the website of the US Department of State.
"Today, the United States is imposing sanctions against four individuals who are currently ICC judges," the statement said.
The list includes judges from the ICC Appeals Division, Solomi Balungi Bossa and Luis Del Carmen Ibanes Carranza, as well as from the pre-trial and Judicial division of Rain Adelaide, Sophie Alapini Gansu and Beti Holer.
The statement emphasizes that these people abused the authority of the ICC and directly participated in the crimes of the court against the United States and Israel. As a result of the imposed sanctions, all their property located in the United States will be blocked.
U.S. State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said on June 3 that the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump intends to continue to exert maximum pressure on Iran. She also noted that Trump's statement on a complete ban on uranium enrichment by Tehran is final and not subject to revision.
