Musk supported the idea of impeaching Trump and replacing him with Vance.

Blogger Yang Miles Chong proposed to impeach US President Donald Trump and replace him with Vice President Jay Dee Vance. This proposal was supported by American billionaire Elon Musk on June 5.

"Yes," the entrepreneur wrote under Chong's post on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

In addition, Musk, after Trump's words about the possible termination of government contracts with his companies to save the state budget, announced that his aerospace company SpaceX would decommission the Dragon spacecraft, which are used by the United States to deliver people and cargo to the International Space Stations (ISS).

"In light of the president's announcement to cancel my government contracts, SpaceX will immediately begin decommissioning its Dragon spacecraft," Musk said on his social media page.

On the same day, Trump announced on the Truth Social network that terminating contracts and canceling subsidies to Musk was the "easiest way" to save "billions and billions of dollars" in the state budget. Musk noted on June 1 that he did not agree with the White House administration on all issues.
