Musk criticized Trump after his words about disappointment with the ex-head of DOGE
On June 5, entrepreneur and former head of the Department of Government Efficiency of the United States (DOGE), Elon Musk, sharply criticized US President Donald Trump after his words about disappointment in the billionaire.
"Without me, Trump would have lost the election, the Democrats would have controlled the House of Representatives [of the US Congress]. What an ingratitude," Musk wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
In addition, he reacted sharply to Trump's words that Musk had previously had nothing against the budget bill, and a negative attitude arose only after he learned about the government's decision to reduce the mandate for electric vehicles.
"It's a lie, this bill has never been shown to me, and it was passed late at night so quickly that almost no one in Congress had time to read it!" said the former head of DOGE.
The day before, Musk called the budget bill proposed by the Trump administration an abomination and urged congressmen not to vote for it.
After that, Trump spoke about his disappointment with Musk because of his criticism of the new budget bill. The American leader suggested that the billionaire was upset that the White House administration had lifted the mandate for electric vehicles.
