Doctors at Ramenskoye Hospital rescued a 14-year-old girl after being bitten by a snake. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow region on Thursday, June 5.
According to the head of the pediatric surgical department of the hospital, Vladimir Khabalov, the patient spent two days in intensive care in serious condition, where she was injected with a special serum against snake venom.
"In addition, treatment was carried out aimed at normalizing blood flow in the vessels of the upper limb to prevent tissue necrosis. Along with this, general detoxification therapy was also carried out," the Moscow City News agency quoted him as saying.
