- Moscow summed up the results of the second season of the training program for the capital's NGOs

More than 1.3 thousand people have joined the capital's training intensive for non-profit organizations. It started in August last year and was dedicated to building communications for NGO managers and employees, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.
"More than 60 events were organized for the participants: lectures by experts, trainings, interactive games, business breakfasts and excursions. They were held at various city sites, including offices of large companies and production facilities," Sergunina said.
The intensive course included four thematic blocks: "I am an NGO leader," "We are a team," "Practice of Kindness," and "NGO + City." During the first one, the heads of organizations exchanged experiences and worked to improve their personal effectiveness. In the second, employees were trained to build teamwork.
During the third block, creative workshops and book clubs were organized, as well as seminars with specialists. The topic of the fourth was cooperation with the capital's departments and enterprises.
As part of the intensive, representatives of the Moscow non-profit sector could meet like-minded people, establish contacts with partners and launch new projects. For example, the Happy City organization has agreed with another team to hold an interactive eco-cultural quest "Trails of Victory" in Zelenograd, dedicated to the anniversary date.
