Vladislav Gukasov, a former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region, who beat a woman and damaged her car during a traffic conflict, was given a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. This was reported on June 5 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
At the same time, at the meeting, the man stated that the injured woman had provoked the conflict herself. Gukasov's lawyer also asked for such a measure of restraint to be chosen for him so that he could look after minor children.
It is specified that the defendant was released in the courtroom.
On June 3, it was reported that in Kirov, a Mercedes driver did not share a road with a local resident and beat her in front of her young daughter. The Kirov resident suffered a concussion, as well as bruises to her face and head.
Shortly after, a criminal case was opened against a 47-year-old man under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
