A new pedestrian boulevard with a skate park will appear in Tyumen

A new boulevard will appear in Tyumen at the intersection of Alabashevskaya and Timofey Karmatsky streets. The improvement of the site will be handled by the TIS Group of Companies, the press service of the developer reports.

Pedestrian paths will be laid on the boulevard, a skate park will be equipped and art objects will be installed. In winter, part of the recreation area will be used as a skating rink and a snow playground.

According to the <url> news agency, the project covers the area between the southern border next to the shopping area and the northern border facing Lake Alabashevo.

Earlier it was reported that five land plots will be seized in the Tyumen region for the construction of a second bypass road. The territories in Borovsk with a total area of almost 24.5 thousand square meters were seized.
