Jaecoo has confirmed the debut of the J6 crossover in Russia

The Russian representative office of the Jaecoo brand has confirmed that it will add the J6 crossover to its lineup. The exact timing of the release of the model to the market has not yet been specified, the Telegram channel "Chinese Cars" reported on June 5.

The Jaecoo J6 has already been certified in Russia, and the necessary documents have been received for the model to launch mass sales. This is an electric car based on the Chery iCar 03 model. The model was expected to go on sale in Russia as early as 2024.

The exact dimensions of the Jaecoo J6 are 4406×1910×1715 mm with a wheelbase of 2715 mm. The maximum power of the all-wheel drive twin-engine version reaches 279 hp, the single-engine monoprivate version develops 184 hp.

The motor is powered by a traction battery with a capacity of 51 or 66 kWh. The range on a single battery charge is close to 500 km. The interior of the car has a large central touch screen with a diagonal of 15.6 inches and a thin instrument panel of 9.2 inches.
