The situation after the massive shelling of the Kherson region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is under control. On June 5, Governor Vladimir Saldo informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about this.

"I reported to Vladimir Vladimirovich that everything is under control. We are working quickly, the lights in the settlements will be restored today. I thanked the president for his support and personal involvement," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
