Banking services have appeared in the domestic messenger MAX


VTB Digital Bank has started working on the MAX platform — users can use the messenger to pay for purchases or transfer funds from their accounts, the bank's press service reported.
"VTB became one of the first financial institutions to launch first a chatbot and then a digital bank on the new Russian MAX platform. The bank's services are protected in the same way as the mobile application and online banking," the message says.
For owners of smartphones running on the iOS platform, digital banking in the messenger can be an alternative to an application or online banking.
"The emergence of a domestic messenger with integrated banking services can be compared to creating a cozy and modern home where everything you need is under one roof. Just as it is convenient to communicate with loved ones at home, quickly resolve everyday issues and feel safe, so in the new messenger users will be able not only to communicate, but also instantly perform the usual financial transactions — pay bills, transfer money, control expenses," commented Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of VTB. She expects that hundreds of thousands of operations will take place on the platform by the end of the year.
MAX is a digital platform developed by VK. It integrates a messenger, a payment service, chatbots, mini-applications, a neural network assistant, notification and travel services.
