Since September 2024, more than 200,000 Muscovites have taken the opportunity to check their fertility levels, that is, their ability to conceive, Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development, told Izvestia in an interview.

Launched nine months ago, the program allows you to take a free blood test to evaluate the anti-Muller hormone.

Among the people who used the program, 3,409 women were registered for pregnancy.

"A little less than 250 women took advantage of the cryopreservation program and froze their genetic material, 82 embryos underwent genetic testing. By developing this program, we are also increasing the number of in vitro fertilization procedures. This year, 14,000 women can take them for free as part of the compulsory medical insurance program," said Rakova.

According to her, this project gives Muscovites the opportunity to plan their pregnancy correctly. For example, you can see that it is undesirable to postpone the birth of a child for the future.
