The State Duma announced the need to secure Russian civilian facilities
Russia should use any means to protect its civilian facilities from terrorist attacks from Ukraine. Dmitry Novikov, First deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, told Izvestia about this.
"Russia must secure its civilian facilities by any means necessary. Method number one: guarantee your own military capabilities. The second way is to try to make the Kiev regime refuse to launch attacks on our non—military facilities, using various methods of international pressure for this," Novikov said.
On June 3, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation officially characterized the bombings of the railway infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions as terrorist attacks.
