A case has been opened into the incident at Yaroslavsky Railway Station in Moscow under two articles of the Criminal Code. This was reported on June 4 by TASS with reference to law enforcement agencies.
It clarifies that the participants in the incident may be prosecuted under Article 126 of the Criminal Code ("Kidnapping") and Article 285 of the Criminal Code ("Abuse of official authority").
An investigation into the abduction of a man at Yaroslavsky Railway Station was reported earlier in the day. Later it became known that six participants of the events were detained. According to information from the Network, the man was taken away in an unknown direction. Presumably, his name is Areg Shchepikhin. In his social networks, he broadcast statements with insults.
