River capacity to be restored in Sevastopol


Sevprirodnadzor employees have started clearing riverbeds to restore their capacity. This is necessary to prevent floods and protect the environment, the press service of the organization reported on Wednesday, June 4.
Specialists remove dry and emergency trees and also clean the bottom of accumulated sediments, writes IA SevastopolMedia.
The work will affect six sections with a total length of 5.6 km on the Chernaya, Kaydarka and Sukhaya Rechka rivers.
Earlier in May, it was reported that the beaches of Crimea comply with all standards, and there are no deviations from the norms in drinking and sea water, as well as in beach sand. This information was announced by the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova.
