About 14,5 thousand orange and yellow marigolds were planted on the Revyakin — Melnik ring in Sevastopol. Landscaping work started on June 1 and lasted three days, according to the social networks of the city government.

These flowers take root well in an urban environment and do not require complex care, writes IA SevastopolMedia. Earlier, tulips bloomed in the flower bed, their bulbs have already been sent for storage until autumn.

All spring flowers in Sevastopol will gradually be replaced by summer ones. The gardeners will plant more than 250,000 ageratums, coleuses, marigolds and petunias.

Earlier it was reported that the flower exhibition "Pink Waltz" will begin in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden near Yalta on June 7. Visitors will be presented with 1.2 thousand species, varieties and shapes of roses.
