On June 7, the REN TV channel will show the investigative documentary "AVTORAZVOD: NEW SCHEMES OF DECEPTION"

There is a boom in used car sales in Russia right now. How to buy a car and not lose money? Fake one-day dealerships, fake contracts in car dealerships, fraud with the delivery of custom cars from abroad: what new schemes of deception have criminals invented? Why are Russians massively getting rid of Chinese cars? And how do you know that you have junk in front of you for the price of a new car?

Under the guise of buyers, REN TV journalists contacted the car dealership and found out how sellers were deceiving those who wanted to buy an inexpensive foreign car. Together with a specialist in the selection of cars, the authors of the film took a look at a luxury SUV that they sell with their own hands, and exposed a cunning scheme used by dealers of broken cars. And a former professional hijacker shared with our film crew the "secrets of craftsmanship", thanks to which criminals earn not one, but two or three prices on a stolen car.
