Zakharova spoke about the Russophobic propaganda uniting Polish elites

Poland's political elites have been united by Russophobic propaganda, and Karol Nawrocki, who has been elected the country's new president, has so far distinguished himself only by participating in the demolition of Soviet monuments to the liberator soldiers. This was stated on June 4 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, answering a question from Izvestia.
"Unfortunately, we see how Russophobia and Russophobic propaganda have been planted for many years. This has become a kind of unifying theme for the Polish political elites, this very anti-Russian consensus. <...> Navrotsky, who was elected president on June 1 of this year, has so far distinguished himself only by participating in the demolition of monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators," she explained.
Zakharova stressed that normalization of bilateral relations has no prospects until Warsaw abandons the implementation of a hostile course to Russia.
Alexander Konkov, associate professor of Political Science at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, suggested on June 4 that little would change in relations between Moscow and Warsaw after the new Polish president, Karol Nawrocki, came to power. According to the expert, Poland's entire foreign policy will in any case be based on a tough anti-Russian course.
